DESIGN PRINCIPLES

obtaining high quality products

- this constructive system offers a great freedom of conception

- when carrying out the constructions, homologated materials with superior technical specifications were provided.

- the designed constructions have a high resistance to earthquakes

- these constructions ensure a higher level of comfort than the classic masonry constructions, being also cheaper than these

- the low weight of the structure entails more economical foundations. There is also no risk of cracking the walls in case of small settlements at the foundation.

- the finishing of the exterior walls can be done in plaster, exterior paneling, exposed brick, decorative panels, etc.

high level of prefabrication

- unlike the classic construction systems, this technology allows the realization of panels and construction elements in the workshop. The site thus becomes just a place of assembly. The assembly times of the house are reduced to a few days.

very good thermal insulation

- the performance of the tire of a construction regarding the energy consumption is established in the design phase. In our standard proposals, the heat transfer coefficient for walls is U <0.128 W / m2k and for roof is U <0.121 W / m2k.

- heat transfer to exterior doors and windows is Uw <0.8w / m2k

- vapor barriers and sealing membranes with superior qualities are provided

- depending on the requirements of each client or the available budget, the heat transfer values or the qualities of the thermal insulation materials used may differ.

- thanks to a very good sealing and thermal insulation can be taken inconsiderare many heating systems. The cost for heating such a house will remain very low regardless of the chosen system.

ensuring good ventilation

- through a ventilation system with "double flow" type heat recovery, a superior quality of the indoor air is obtained.

- the system allows the heating of the fresh air introduced in the rooms so that a good period of the year ensures the thermal comfort of the interior spaces.

use of environmentally friendly materials

- in the construction of the houses, wood and wood-derived materials are mainly used. In addition, basalt wool, gypsum boards and gypsum boards reinforced with cellulose fiber are used. These are natural materials or "environmentally friendly" materials

To meet this requirement and set specific details developed while production is only approved new factories
